    First post in over a month. Just back from Vegas. There with danny b. and some friends. No workout in last 5 days. I’m L4.

    A1: 10@ 195, lower back still really tight. looking forward to the de-load week
    A2: 3,3,3
    B. Just a crappy wod for me (crappy=very hard). Kudos to Snarles tho, who did this all rx!! it was awesome.
    regarding my crap…did 3 cleans at 123 and then just started failing so dropped to 103. bounced around in the red band on the MUs substantially…16:51.

    Hit up B. after the 6:30 tonight – cleans felt pretty good but MU were a bit choppy. 9:?? something.

    Shout out to Carly for a strict MU tonight, and to Bonnie for the first two chinups of her life.

    A1. 9 @ 154#
    A2. L1-B 3X3 negs with 10#. Lei had me doing double negs where I hit 2 different positions for each rep.
    B. Stupid, G-ddam, motherf#&#*@$%@ double unders!!! 🙁
    Squat cleans were a fight at 85#, had to use red+purple for the MU pulls+transition with purple walker dips, and the double unders were just pathetic today. 23:33. However, this was my first WOD in weightlifting shoes…so, PA? I think so! 😉
