Did Thursday’s WOD today. 5 x 150lb DL, chin up negatives, 14:58 w/73lb cleans and MU modifications.
Hm the board said DU b/w rounds, so I might have missed one set of DUs. I did 2 sets.
I didn’t do crap today except look at the internet.
Did some stuff around the gym and then spent a few hours looking for my new cat book.
Gotta brush up on my domestic cat breeds
