A. Bench Press (5@68%, 3@77%, ME@86%). Target 5+ reps
B. Bar Dips: 3 sets of 6-10 reps. Focus on full ROM and modify weight to hit reps.
C. For time:
75 Deficit Pushups (45# plate @ hands, feet)
75 Situps
75 Two handed DB Lunge (35×2/25×2)
Partition the work in any manner (athletes choice). For the biggest challenge, perform movements in sequence. DB in farmer’s carry.
Post times, loads, and comments.
