A2. OTM [24]: 1 Seated RC (athlete’s choice height)*

A3. OTM [24]: DB Hang snatch 8 reps/arm.  Use only 1 arm per minute. (4 complete sets)

B. AMRAP [14]:

12 BF burpees (set up dummy bar)
