Wellness Challenge and Seminar!
OK Guys! We’re going to kick 2013 with a wellness challenge starting Jan 7th! To help you prepare, we will be putting on several seminars to offer some basic guidance. These seminars will be on the following dates and times
Seminars Dates & Times:
- Saturday Dec 29th (12PM – 1:30PM)
- Saturday Jan 5th (12PM – 1:30PM)
- Sunday Jan 6th (9:30AM – 11AM)
During these sessions, we will review the following:
- The basics macro nutrients and their roles
- Food quality, quantity, inflammation, anti-nutrients, hormonal response to foods
- Misconceptions and truths about common foods
- Practical tips to implement lifestyle changes
- Wellness Challenge Rules (Scoring, rules, etc)
Please come prepared to take some notes and learn about how to dial in your nutrition in 2013!
