    Bench 205 (5 lb PA)
    Worked on weigjhted chin ups. 24# for two sets of 8. Third set was ugly.
    Worked on flight simulator. Got up to 25. Couldn’t make it to thirty after about 15 min.
    Mile run 6:47. (3 sec PA)
