Exciting news folks! In the next few weeks, we will be onboarding a new coach to our coaching staff! Some of you may have seen him around the gym recently observing classes and helping you guys with some movements. His name is Mitchell Osborne, and he comes to us most recently from Ohio but is originally from Hickory, NC and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill. I have personally worked with Mitchell in the past as a fellow coach for over a year (Sarah, Misty, and Jen have also worked closely with Mitchell). He brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and experience as a CrossFitter to our box. I speak for our entire staff as a whole when I say that we are really excited to have him join our community and look forward seeing him help you guys develop into the athletes you want to be. Let’s all welcome Mitchell to our community!

Mitchell is going to be a great addition to our community.
True story: he was my very first coach many years ago at an open gym-type scenario, and was later my elements coach.
Welcome aboard!
True story: I owe my amazing kettle bell swing to Mitchell. It just didn’t click until he said something along the lines of “slam the car door shut with your privates!” hahaha, Mitchell is prettty neat.
That is the perfect way to describe KBS!
I know most of y’all have probably seen this already, but in case you haven’t, here’s a pretty inspirational video, with some very determined athletes, from the games site:

Truly inspiring. And I slow down because I get tired.
