For the pullup reach, each reach with either arm counts as 1 rep. For an extra challenge, perform all 3 sets without coming off the bar, resting 20 seconds between each set.

Oh, I check my phone a lot. Probably too much. It’s a mix of answering incoming, keeping up with Facebook, and reading a LOT of nerd white papers 🙂
But really, I’m sure Kara just thinks I’m doing it to irritate her.
