B. Pullup reach (3×8) (get to top of pullup and extend one arm up reaching for another bar.  Slight kip is allowed.)

    For the pullup reach, each reach with either arm counts as 1 rep. For an extra challenge, perform all 3 sets without coming off the bar, resting 20 seconds between each set.

    I check my cell phone far too often, but then again, I spent most of my day not in my office (or on planes, or in meetings).

    C. 5+4 @ 85#, 20″ so I’d jump instead of step. T2B mostly came together today, which was great. Hopefully that keeps up 🙂

      Oh, I check my phone a lot. Probably too much. It’s a mix of answering incoming, keeping up with Facebook, and reading a LOT of nerd white papers 🙂

      But really, I’m sure Kara just thinks I’m doing it to irritate her.

    I don’t feel like I check my phone too much. I just make sure to always have it in case I receive a call/text/notification.
