I felt like doggiedoodoo this morning from not getting enough sleep. BUT, I was there, and I loved it…
A. Worked up to 90#
B. 25# was perfect for this. Last set was really difficult but attainable.
C. Subbed this so I would survive. Got through 4 full rounds before time.
