WOD 01 02 14

A. Clean: 6×2.  Those new to the clean can work on light power cleans/pulls.

B. 18 minutes:

For 3 min, EMOM: 2 burpees, then X

Next 3 min, EMOM: 4 burpees, then X

Next 3 min, EMOM: 6 burpees, then X

Next 3 min, EMOM: 8 burpees, then X

Next 3 min, EMOM: 10 burpees, then X

Next 3 min, EMOM: 12 burpees, then X

Where X = pre-determined reps of a movement (weakness – coach/athlete choice).

    Hahaha- Loved it. Best post of the year. (Though I realize it’s only the 2nd).
    BTW- Today’s WOD kinda sucked. I worked on pistols and got my butt handed to me.

    But I have my pre-attempt speech ready to go:

    I’ve had my ups and downs.
    Sitting at a desk punching a keyboard, that’s what made me who I am today.
    Trying to act busy for 8 hours a day 5 days a week is no easy task.
    Now I stand here before you, with a very subpar front squat.
    But Roger Cave’s legs are engineered to be made fun of whenever possible.
    And a mindset to master the most epic of splits.
