A. Skin the cat 6×1. Each rep starts and ends in the same position, with halfway point in a down-facing hang. Perform each rep as slow as possible. Who can go slowest?
B. Push Press 5×3 AHAP.
C. 3 Rounds NFT:
Wall Run (50 ‘steps’)
5 Controlled Skin the cats
20 Lunges (in place) with a plate (45/25). 1 leg is 1 rep.
For the wall run, touch hand to same shoulder. Scale to box. Lunges should take long strides.
