FYI: CrossFit Durham’s Carolina Fitness Challenge will be next Saturday on 1/12.  There are TWO men’s spots open.  Any takers should act quickly as these spots will probably not last long.  We will have three athletes competing here: Kim, Snarles, and Kris.  We also plan to be there to root for our athletes representing our gym!

A1. Deficit Pushups 3 x (F-1)  Target >10 per set.

A2. Glute Ham Raise 3×10

Ring Dips

With remaining time: establish a 1RM GTO.  Begin with FS weight.  You can increase the weight a maximum of 10 lbs between lifts.  No limits on number of attempts.  Minimum of 30 seconds between lifts.

    A2. Yep. Ouch.
    B. Rx. I was two ring dips away from the GTO’s when the clock hit 14.
    I was sure I was in for some nick of time heroics

    nick of time heroics would have been amazing for this wod Phil…you and Christine should have battled it out

    14, 16, 17 for deficit pushups…ghrs…suck..that’s all

    finsihed the metcon at 8:50 (did 105# for fs) got up to 161# for the GTO..failed at 166 and ran out of time..boo
