    Tough day, no doubt about it. The burpees are essentially death in a cute name.

    First Filthy Fifty!! 35:17 with K2E scale and a 10# wallball. Shout out to Nick for helping me get through the burpees!

    3rd go at filthy fifty and it isn’t any easier. 32:38 today with 10# wallballs. Didn’t eat much breakfast this morning- probably a good thing since I think I would have lost it all during wallballs and burpees. But best weekend breakfast has to include pancakes, with chocolate chips on birthday weekend!! Yup!
