Establish a max rep strict pullup OR chinup. Rest until full recovery (up to 4:00), then attempt 2 more times.
Score is 2 parts: ME set #1, sum of all 3 sets.
D. 10 min AMRAP
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 OHS (120/90)
10 MU
