A. 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat.  Don’t leave any doubt about that depth!

B. 3×3 @ 75% of part (A)

C. Pullup ME sets:

Establish a max rep strict pullup OR chinup.  Rest until full recovery (up to 4:00), then attempt 2 more times.

Score is 2 parts: ME set #1, sum of all 3 sets.

D. 10 min AMRAP

60 Bar-facing burpees
30 OHS  (120/90)
10 MU

    B) 75#
    C) didn’t get there.
    D) subbed 100 double unders, dips and pullups with bands for a total of 123.

    A. 195#. 15# PR! 🙂
    B. (post metcon) Got to 10 u/b. Exciting! 20 overall
    C. 93. MU subbed out, 15# on OHS. Shoulders weren’t rolling at ALL today :/
