This Saturday 02/16 we will run the CrossFit for Hope WOD “Hope for Kenya” out of our box at regular Saturday WOD times. You can still do the workout without participating in the charitable event but if you choose to donate, 100% of the money raised is allocated by CrossFit, Inc. toward helping build a better Kenya.
