WOD 02 18 13

EMOM for 14 min:

A1. Even: Pushups (Adv: Dynamic pushups – clapping/off ground)

A2. Odd: Hang Clean (3 reps every minute) – Sub FS if needed.

B. Pullups!  With a running clock for 8 minutes, in teams, and with 1PW@T, take turns performing 1 set of pullups.  Shoot for 3-10 reps per turn.  Chinups, flex holds, and negatives are also acceptable during each turn, as are combination of chins, pullups, flex holds, and negatives.  Max of 8 people per team (the entire class can be a team), so split into multiple teams if needed.

C. 10 min AMRAP:

5 Power Cleans (135/95)

5 Pullups

30 Double Unders

10 Power Cleans

10 Pullups

30 DU

15 Power Cleans

15 Pullups

30 DU…(+5 to PC and Pullups each round)

    I’m super sad that I can’t make it in today, this looks like a lot of fun!

    I pity my poor arms. Nothing like catching the rope on your shoes and leaving welts on the back of your arms.
