WOD 02 20 13

A. Goat Work: 20 minutes to work on a skill:

  • Kipping Pullups (at least 1 DH Pullup required)
  • Double Unders
  • Snatch (If you are coming to the snatch clinic on Saturday, this is required.  Have a coach video at least 2 of the following: Hang Snatch, Hang Power Snatch, or Full Snatch from either a side view or a mostly side view, slightly in front – 3/4)

B. 2 RFT:

40 KB Swings (53/35)

20 CTB Pullups

10 HSPU

C. GHD Situps: 40 total

    Will there be an opportunity to do the video tomorrow? Not yet sure if I will make it in today.

      Also, if anyone will be passing by the intersection of Barbee Rd and 54 near Southpoint, would I be able to catch a ride with you to the Snatch Clinic? Pretty please??? With coconut manna on top???

      I just decided to leave work even though I probably should have stayed 🙂 I’m so glad to be back in the box after dealing with injury/illness for awhile.

    A. Worked on form at 53#. Not sure how it was; I guess we will have to go to the video tape! 😉
    B. 9:05 with 35#, blue band, and feet on a 20″ (I think?) box. One thing to note, I forgot the pull-ups were CTB for the first 1.5 rounds. Doh!!
    C. Snuck these in before having to dash.
