A1. These are ‘bottomless’ deadlifts meaning we will not be touching the ground on each rep. You will be stopping JUST SHY OF THE GROUND on each rep and coming up AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. This means that you will have to rely on your hamstrings to stop the bar from going down (and not the ground)!
B. Chalk the wrists. It will help! (Please keep the chalk in the bucket)
C. The deadlifts here MUST BE UNBROKEN and fast. If you put the bar down even momentarily to rest, you must start them over again. If you are struggling to maintain speed for 6 reps, reduce weight. For a guideline, test using (~40% 1RM).
