A. Warmup: (done @ ~70%)
Run 200m
30 Jumping Jacks
15 Wallballs (14/10)
Run 200m
-Rest 3 min-
Ankle rolls, calf stretches, front rack position stretches
EMOM for 5 min:
5 squats
5 tuck jumps
5 hollow rock
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 STO
10 Deadlift
15 Box jump (24″/20″)
Weights for the STO are as follows:
(M: 115, W: 75, Masters M: 95, Masters F: 55)
We will have sign in sheets as you come in and running heats approximately 20 minutes starting at 9:20! Let’s get after it folks!

Drove by the gym and there were lots of people there even though it’s Saturday?
So I stopped in even though I didn’t know we were even open on Saturday(?), worked out and murdered Seth’s score of 185 with a score of 187.
Oh man, I forgot to mention what a distinct pleasure it was to judge Beast Matt (our new shorthand for him since we now have three Matts/Matthews in the gym). He scored something like a thousand reps and got the top (boy) score in the whole gym.
Made me think about what it means to be mentally tough!
