Fun one today. Great to kick off the day with a good size 6AM!
A. Good to share a bar with Ravanth and drop-in Matias. Worked to 115#
B. 3 sets, 15-10-10
C. 10:59. Hit a good wall around 700. Worked to keep marathon pace and got off the rower at 3:56. Purple band for all but 10 of those dips.
