Coconut chicken is really easy for me to cook and really good… My baked chicken has become something of an art

thanks Greg 🙂 I figured that all those UB wallballs may have looked worse than 14.5 so i figured id give it another go…i was wrong, it was still terrible

I love grilling skin-on chicken thighs. It’s nowhere near the best-tasting or most exciting thing I make, but it’s easy and meaty and involves fire.
And mmm, crispy grilled chicken skin….
Anyone interested in watching me struggle pathetically for about 30-40 minutes with 14.5 during 6:30 today? Bueller…?? Bueller…?? 😉
