big crowd this morning.
A: 315lbs, attempted 325, didn’t happen
B: 7+6 w/ blue band on pull ups
A. 370 Deadlift. 5# PA. Attempted 375 and I couldn’t get it even an inch off the floor! Guess I used up all my mojo on 370…
B. 14+23 (rx). 20 rep PA. Was shooting for 15 plus, but I’m happy with this showing. Better day today than my subpar performances yesterday. Have a great weekend y’all.

Was definitely not feeling my deadlift today. Got 355 but 365 wouldn’t go up.
B. 24+14 (PR by a little more than a round)
A. Got 210#, which is a 20# PA. Yay!
B. Got 15+7 with a blue band and knees for pushups. First time doing Cindy and about 8 minutes left I was hoping I could get 12 rounds, so I’m totally happy with 15 rounds.
20 pounds is major!
The week of PAs continues:
365 deadlift (a 40-pound PR)
14+5 Cindy (was aiming for 15-16 but got bogged down on the push-ups)
Also was finally able to achieve a consistent kipping pull-up during the WOD.
