A. (Hang Squat Clean + Below Knee Squat Clean) x6 AHAP
B. 8 min AMRAP strict pullup. Scale by using chinups. Bands are acceptable but chinups must be full ROM and NON-KIPPING.
C. 12 min AMRAP:

8 Burpees
8 COVP Pullups (no butterfly)

For today’s cleans, both cleans should be performed without putting the barbell down. The clean below the knee should be performed without contacting the barbell with the ground and clean into a full squat.
