Next week (starting 5/12) is TESTING WEEK!  (Well, it’s actually a week and a half 5/12 – 5/20 but we’ll call it a week for short)  For most of you, we’ll get to test some baseline numbers check out the progress we’re making!  If you’ve been with us for less than 3 months, there will be prescribed work that does not involve maxing out.  We’ll use our baseline numbers for the next strength cycle we’ll be on!

WOD 05 05 14

A1. BS 6×3 @ 85%.  {Air/Goblet Squat}

A2. Pullups 5×8.  Add weight if needed to hit reps.

A2. {Air Squat Practice OR Wallball OR DB Thruster Practice}

B. Death by WB/Burp: (Adv = +4)

Minute 1: 1 Burpee (Adv: 5)

Minute 2: 2 WB (Adv: 6)

Minute 3: 3 Burpee (Adv: 7)

Minute 4: 4 WB (Adv: 8)…

    I was going to say a day at CF RTP but that’s just over $5….. so lei you should lower your price so that I can make that statement!
