    Did some odds/ends type of work today:
    A. Bench – worked up to 1×255 – 20lbs off my max – bench power seems to be fading…
    B. Jammed with Kris, Dennis and Geoff for on modified Metcon based on Regional workouts:
    30 Wallballs (2o#, 10ft.)
    30 CTB Pullups
    30 Airsquats
    30 Power Snatches (65#)
    7:10 or so… good times…

    Oh my dirtiness!!! Listen y’all I am a sweater (not like in clothing, like in middle of winter sweat pools around my neck and above my lip after 3 burpees). Fast forward to today!! HOLY INSANITY!

    I would like to review the advertisement of an AC gym and/or the addition of a fan! Magical things happen: walls come down, bars go up, weights constantly get rearranged. A fan can happen!

    On a seperate note. I think a certain soft Kitty has gone missing. He backsquats 683lbs. If found please return him to 4:30 class.

      Second the motion to get a big a$$ fan or two – actually would prefer to have those over a/c even when it’s hot. I remember lots of us using the colorful floor tiles as fans even when the a/c was on last summer. (And I’m a sweater too! :))

      Also discovered afterwards I can swing the 53lb kettlebell without killing myself (or others)

    did a modified version of the regionals WOD as well, I just halved the reps and gave myself a 20min time cap:
    50 WBs (14#,10′)
    50 C2B
    50 pistols (alternating legs)
    50 1 armed KB snatches (40#)
    time was 19:25
    really put this workout in perspective for me…at regionals they have to do twice the reps and only have 5mins more…GOOD LUCK KRIS!! 😉

      not to mention the heavier dumbbell and have to hit a target on the wallballs! RESPECT!

    A. Made up the Deadlifts. Got 9 @ 170#
    B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of burpees and T2B = 14:02
