A. 140#. This is a huge deal for me, as my mobility issues have prevented much of an OHS. This is a 40# gain over my last max attempt. Felt great! Thanks everyone at 7A for their encouragement!

i was going to say I was doing a test run of a competition WOD, but…. someone interfered and removed my equipment while the clock was running…. *clears throat*

B. 2 PR! (more excited for this than the 165 OHS PR since my DUs needed/need lots of work)

2 DU is HUGE
So far this week has been so fun to see everyone successfully test into so many PR’s that definitively let you know you’re making progress!
And to all those that are let down because they “only PR’d by 5 lbs” – please re-evaluate your perspective into training.
