    A. 140#. This is a huge deal for me, as my mobility issues have prevented much of an OHS. This is a 40# gain over my last max attempt. Felt great! Thanks everyone at 7A for their encouragement!
    B. 1!! 😛 Not a PR.
    C. 135 is not in my wheelhouse. 5:32 at 95#.

    So far this week has been so fun to see everyone successfully test into so many PR’s that definitively let you know you’re making progress!

    And to all those that are let down because they “only PR’d by 5 lbs” – please re-evaluate your perspective into training.
