WOD 06 07 13
A. EMOM (12 min): 1 Squat Clean or 1 Power Clean into FS
B. 7 min to establish a 3RM OHS (run in two heats – racks are allowed)
C. 30 Burpee MU or Pullups for time (cap: 7 min)*
*Athletes must jump onto a pullup bar at least 1 inch higher than standing reach. Pullup can only be completed after the athlete’s arms come into full extension. If you don’t have pullups, substitute 30 burpees then 30 pullups.

B. 105 OHS – it’s getting better, still awkward…

Events 2 and 3: kris overhead squatted 160×3 then moved onto OHS 165×2.
Oops: Event 3: she got 15 out of 30 burpee muscle ups!

C. 3:45 (kipping pullups from dead-hang)
A. 113# (10# PR, failed at 118#)
B. 53# (still working on the proper form)
C. 4:34 (I think) with jumping chin ups.
Proper form on an overhead squat is very hard to come by.
One of the hardest movements we do.
