    CrossFit Midtown in Atlanta today:
    3RM bench press = 175
    Partner WOD (OPWAAT, alternate until both partners have done all of both):
    100-200-300-400 row
    2-4-6-8 manmakers
    .
    Then they had open gym, so I worked on OHS.

    Wendler work:
    Cleans: 190×3, 215×3, 245×3

    Deadlift: 300×3, 345×3, 385×5(body tired and back still sore from mon)

    today at crossfit I did curls… that’s right CURLS! 4 sets at 40lbs 20reps per set and the second I put the DBs down I jumped on the pull up bar (so my back had to work harder since my biceps were already fatigued) and after all “SUN’s OUT GUNZ OUT”
