WOD 06 26 13

A1. Bench Press 5xME (70%)
A2. Clapping or regular Pushups (5xME)*

B. 7 RFT [T8/C12]:

80 ft. Prowler Push (length of gym x 1) (135/90)**
5 HSPU
10 WB

c. 3 x Weighted Plank Hold for max time (45/25)

*A2 to be performed with no rest from A1.  Rest 2-4 min after each A2.

**Weight not including prowler.  Scale up/down as needed.

    Nothing good comes from the prowler sled. It took until I finished the drive home for the overwhelming urge to throw up to subside.

    A1: 30 total (15 first round, sharp decrease thereafter)
    A2: 24, fairly consistent round to round
    B: 5+1, box for HSPU’s, rx for sled/wb
    C: Only had time for 1 round, 1:14 rx

    A1. 35 at 140
    A2. 30 (dynamic, no clap)
    B. 4+6 (box HSPU), but I forgot we started in heats so actually stopped 30 seconds early
    C. 1:40 RX

    (Hint: Make sure you leave some room between the wall and the prowler.)

    Dear diary,
    You’ll never guess what I did today!
    Well, first there was:
    A1. 42 reps @ 80#
    A2. 27 clapping knee push ups
    B. 5+6 with a box and 10# wall ball to 10′ (the last prowler run was with 135#).
    C. 1:04 with 25#
    But really, I’m all excited because today I did my first UNASSISTED PULL UPS after class! Pull ups, not chin ups! Yay! I love you, diary. You’re my best friend.

    Came early to do 1x2o BS @ 105
    A1. 52 @ 60#
    A2. 16 on knees
    B. 4+0 w/modified HSPU and 10 min cap
    C. 1:24 (+23s from Jan)
    I slept forever last night.
