      This saddens my heart. There will always be those of us who will fight for the preservation of Country Wednesday.

      Side note: all of this country wednesday talk is making me have to think too hard about what day of the week it is…

    Lei and Kim, thanks for being patient with me and my struggles with the snatch. I’ll get there, and I appreciate your continuing to push me. Once I distinguish my ass from my elbow I’m sure I’ll pop that bar up without issue!!

    Made up this WOD during open gym on Sunday (6/30):
    A. 43, 48, and 53#
    B. 78#
    C. 5:50 with red+purple and a 35# KB (tested my ME strict pull ups right before starting, got 2 and 1/2…)
    D. 3:10 with a 35# KB and an abmat
