July 4th hours: 9AM, 10AM, all other WODs cancelled.  We will be doing a hero WOD!

July 5th, 6th: Regular hours

A. BS (5@59%,5@68%,ME@77%).
+10 lbs to your true 1RM to calculate percentages.
B. RDL (3×12).  Weight should be moderate to heavy.
C. FT: 200 DU, 30 Thrusters (135/95), 200 DU

    Only 4 gentlemen doing the nutrition challenge? Oh well, more chances of me winning. Good luck everyone. Work hard and have fun!

    This was a tough one coming off of 2 weeks of rest, my legs are so tired I’m still having trouble walking…
    A. 185 x 12
    B. 95# kept this moderate, my legs were smoked from BS and I knew what was coming…
    C. 14:11 Rx…have to say, Id rather do 30 95# thrusters in a just get them done pace than 30 65# thrusters fast…
