It’s difficult for me to stalk your collective progress if ya’ll don’t post your results.
(TFoots, UR doin it rite.)
Immediately following this gif I imagine Phil doing this. CRUSH CRUSH!
Tender Foots needed a rest day:
Now I wish I didn’t take that nap…
Alright folks, let’s get – a – postin’!
A: I can now consistently kick up to a handstand, and throw in a kipping HSPU or two
B: 115lb, not particularly wobbly.
C: 10:11, box and red band.
A. Similar boat to Matt
B. 125#
c. 16:13. Box. Ring dips took foooorevvvvver. Once I hit muscle failure (round one), each ring dip was an undertaking.
1. Consistently kipped up, but form could be better. (Got more in a row than usual.)
2. 130#
3. 15:02 with a box.
A. Managed to consistently get into a hand stand. That felt good, though there were zero pushups in there for me.
B. 85#
C. 12:49? Was on a box, and red band walker.
Daddy, thanks or taking time after class to do an impromptu lifting class for Liz and me to work on our snatches. I’m feeling much better about where I’m at, and where I need to go!
Yea Greg! I saw marked improvement in both you and Liz’s snatch!
80 miles away, Phil is smiling at the way you started your statement.
Correct, Daddy.
This:
gave way to this:
We gotta keep carrying the “Daddy” torch.
PS: Bastian is basically what I looked like as a kid. Mmmsad.
It was fun watching everyone play with a few new movements today!
And thanks to Liz and everyone else for welcoming one of our new Elements grads, Christine, to regular classes!
