Open Gym! 11AM – 1PM!
There were a few peeps doing the Filthy today!
A. Worked up to 110#, which is a 2 or 5# PA, I believe. I could probably go heavier (the weight was crashing down on me at the bottom), but my split jerk form is not quite there yet…
B. Got 36:55 with 20″ box, 35# KB, 45# PP, back ext, and 10# to 10′ WBs. DEFINITELY felt like I was gonna throw up by the wall balls (and for a good 30 min afterward).
