I was going to do the NFT if that was the case it looked like a better workout but now I think I will just pray that the D/U gods are happy and will allow me to do 49!unbroken
since lots of folks were struggling with getting 50 unbroken during Flight Simulator I figured I would make it just a little easier.
ALSO – Hey folks – I found out that this Wednesday’s Durham Bulls game is not actually a Bulls game – it is an all star game for the minor leagues – so the tix are more expensive (even for just lawn tix)
We will be postponing until the next Bulls game which is at 7PM on Monday 7/21!

A. 3@150#. This weight felt like a scary max today. Alas.
B. Worked up to 85#.
C. Ended up working for about 15:35. 25# KB, 2xSU, red band on pull-ups. I really liked the diversity in this workout.
