Fun day today! Very shouldery after yesterday, but oh well!
A. Worked up to 80# Press
B. I thought I was 1GL short, but everyone said I was on my 9th round, so who knows! Stayed in the holds well without slouching. Getting out of the hold was a bit shaky.
A. Jumped in during the 3rd min. 7 HSPU and went into 5-7 kipping
B. Scaled the Adv version. Hit top of rope instead of top of beam. Timecapped at 7+1. I could definitely feel the pullups on the ropeclimbs!
Excited to see Kris rocking out strict HSPU!
