A. [10] Rope Climb technique/play
*Those with strength for multiple chinups should strive for proficiency in the ‘leg wrap’ or performing LLRC. Those without strict chinups should work on developing time hanging from the rope (0:10 on/0:20 off) or using a ‘descent’ with feet still on floor. Work on keeping arms slightly bent during descent and ascent.

B. OTM [35]:
1. 2-3 RC (LLRC or Leg wrap)
2. 5 SB Squats + 5 SB over the shoulder
3. 5 “High” box jumps or DB step ups (reg height)
4. 0:30 Max AAB Cals
5. Rest
