A. BP (5@59%,5@68%,ME@77%).  +5 lbs from 2 weeks ago.

-HSPU review-

Perform B and C w/ 1 running clock.
B. AMRAP 8:
1 set strict pullups (Adv: Strict CTB)
1 set strict HSPU (Adv: 3″/1.75″ Deficit = Use 45/25).  Adjust def. as needed to hit 4+/set.
Run 200m

C. AMRAP 6:
1 set K-pullups (Adv: KCTB)
1 set K-HSPU (Adv: Same deficit)
*When scaling HSPU, maintain ROM through concentric movement.

D. AMRAP 2 (Adv only): Max distance u/b HS walk.

Comments: We will be hosting the Triangle Invitational again this year!  Post if interested in volunteering to help or if you want to compete!  We fielded a scaled team as well as an Rx team last year!

    I’m interested in competing! But if the slots are full, I’m happy to volunteer as well!
