B1. Good Morning (3×10)

B2. Backwards Walking Sled Drag (facing sled) – 5 total
C. AMRAP 4: Row 500m, max WB in remaining time. Rest 4 min.*

 

D. AMRAP 6: Row 500m, max WB in remaining time.

 

Adv: Use (30/20) After C, [AMRAP 1:30]: MU.  Rest 2:30 before D.  Repeat for part D.

    Are the percentages off of our true 1RM or +10lbs or more?

    Anmar, add 10 lbs from base number you used the week before last. (before the deload)

    I’m kinda disappointed Froning won again…. I feel like it would have done more for the sport of crossfit had someone else won
