A. 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk

B. In teams of 2, with 1PW@T, complete

8 Rounds (Not FT):

1 “HoneyBadger” Complex

1 Unbroken set of pullups

1 Unbroken set of dips or pushups

All work listed is total team work.  (Only 1 person performs the complex per round).

*”HoneyBadger” =Squat Clean+FS+PJ+Below the Knee Hang Squat Clean+FS+2 PJ+Hang Squat Clean+FS+3 PJ.  If unsure of weight, start light.  Increase weight with rounds.

    A. worked on snatch…up to 108, not a PR but got some good advice from Sarah on what I need to do to fix my snatch
    B. worked by myself and did 5 rounds
    complex:83, 88, 93, 98, 103
    pullups: 20, 15, 15, 13, 12 = 75
    Dips:5,3,1,1,1 = 11
    did some assisted dips on my 1rep rounds to get a bit more volume in
