A. 7 x 2-Pos Clean (Hang, BK) Increasing, no misses – stay between 65%-75%

B. Strict MU/FG holds (6 sets).

C. “Death by” WB (20/14, 10′).  Begin Rd 1 @ 1:00, 6 reps.  Score is # of WB’s from prior min + partial.

    I think one of the requirements for doing the Performance programming should be the ability to decipher all the abbreviations in the WOD

      then there would be days when no one would be allowed to do the performance WODs
