It was good to be back with the Mob today, especially since it was “Old Man Friday” replete with music from junior high.

80’s Rock was in the hizzie today – “Big Hair Friday” in full effect – nothing like starting off some dips to VH “Jump”, some Def Leppard-inspired burpees and some Whitesnake-driven cleans.
“Country Wednesday” is dead, long live “Big Hair Friday”!!!

Hey guys! I hit up a Globo Gym in suburbia Maryland to do this WOD, so there were modifications…
A. Got 145#, I think. I couldn’t bail so that forced me to make lifts that I was confident I could perform. That last one was close!
B. I subbed 30 DUs for the broad jumps and I think the “barbell” (if you can call it that!) was loaded to 75# and did bench dips. Got something around 12 min.
C. Rowed 500m.
