Did the very first 7am class- so grateful for this trial option!

it all felt a little painful and sluggish cuz 7am is still so freakin’ early to be moving like this. how do you 6am-ers do it?!
7 am was perfect. You just need a little breakfast before you come workout.

Not gonna lie Sean, even though there was pain it was fun. Sure we gave the Alston commuters a show 🙂 and I agree about breakfast, but set my alarm at 6:37… Something had to give- energy and mood :/
