A: 225#. Would say this felt like 7/10. first ~4 sets felt really easy, next few got harder. Working hard of keeping a straight back during all of this and feeling it in my legs in entirely new ways

P. 2/5/3. Shin splint thinner still bugging me, and remaining pretty tired from Weds, despite rest.
A. 145#. Started with 155, but felt too big, likely from fatigue, so I came down to have better sets. [7]
B. 9:38, 95#, C2B. 95 felt just right, especially given 2xC2B added up quickly. Came in just below cap, so felt good about weight choice. [8]
C. Nope. per above, choosing not to run or jump right now.
