Run 800m, then 7 rds of:

5 Thrusters (115/80)

2 Muscle Ups

A2. “Batwings” 6×10 w/ 1 second hold at top.  Arms need not be fully extended at bottom.

B. FT [C10]:

Run 800m, then 7 rds of:

7 Wallballs (20/14, 10′)

7 KB Swings

    A1: 205#, should have gone heavier
    A2: yup. makes a lot more sense once you start doing them
    B: 3 rnds + 6, sub 6x pu/dip for mu

    it’s exciting…lei told me to do batwings in place of pullups and I, in all my attitudeness, said “no, i’m not doing that in a metcon, i need to do something dynamic”….
