Just an inside joke from Open Gym – one of those “had to be there” things that’s never as exciting as the explanation
A1: 205#, should have gone heavier
A2: yup. makes a lot more sense once you start doing them
B: 3 rnds + 6, sub 6x pu/dip for mu
A) 225 felt heavier than 225 should have
B) 2+5 (MU in Metcons are now officially my GOAT!)

it’s exciting…lei told me to do batwings in place of pullups and I, in all my attitudeness, said “no, i’m not doing that in a metcon, i need to do something dynamic”….
