A. 20 min to work to a heavy (Hang Squat Clean + FS + 2 Jerks). Sub (FS 5×3 at challenging weight)
B. Death by Bruster (or Thrupee?)
Min 1: complete 1 Burpee
Min 2: complete 2 Thrusters (*95/65) (sub w/ DB’s)
Min 3: complete 3 Burpees
Min 4: complete 4 Thrusters…
Continue for as many minutes as possible until the work cannot be completed within the minute.
*Weight should be such that you can move it quickly, fluidly, and with ease.
