A. 20 min to establish a 1RM Bench Press
B. 2 min AMRAP: Bench press reps @ 60% 1RM. Rack the bar as often as you would like.
C. 15 min:
Row 750m (can be performed after wallballs if needed for logistics)
50 Wallballs (can be performed first instead of row)
40 STO (135/95)
Then, with remaining time, perform AMRAP:
20 Double Unders. Score is total reps performed (including cash-in). Row is worth 1 point.
