A2/3. L sits happened…inverted hang was attempted and the words “this is stupid” came out of my mouth…did hollow holds instead

A1. Worked up to 105. I really like close grip from a skill and getting-better perspective. Didn’t work too heavy because of mixed feelings on stability. [6]
A2. Accumulated 1:51. So accustomed to keeping my knees tucked I didn’t even think to try a full L. Next time 🙂
A3. Was able to get up for a 1-2 count. Wasn’t perfect, but not terrible, so said onlookers.
B. 11:08 at 95#, 2×45# deficit on toes + box. Kept cleans light so that I could pay better attention to them not sucking as bad as they did during Elizabeth. Those deficits were rough!!
Nice to meet drop-in Shannon (Shannon 2 I guess!), and to have a good sized 7AM!!
