a) accumulate 40 seconds in a downward dog
b) accumulate 40 seconds in an elevated downward dog (box)
c) accumulate 40 seconds in a handstand support
a cat would have made L sits more fun this morning. the morning classes i coach are slowly turning into the man’s hour..and me. Troy, Donovan and Paul did a great job this morning and read the wod appropriately, performing pullups instead of pushups (which is what I did and I wrote the wod)

L sits are hurty.
Ring push ups are also hurty. Worked on regular push ups instead. 1 + 54 (did 40s wall hand stands) on the metcon.

I subbed 40 sec. (cumulative) handstand, against the wall, for 10m handstand walk.
Chilled out while Jen ran a fantastic 5:30. Was good to watch Steve and PMAC work out for the first time.

Also couldn’t help but notice that Lisa had a pull-up epiphany. Beautiful.
The best part of that was I have not been doing pull ups. I just got up on the bar and did them – the “no big deal” PHILosphy.
